ABOTA is an exclusive and invitation-only organization, composed of approximately 7,800 members from across the United States. It is steadfast in upholding the principles enshrined in the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which is the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right—a fundamental pillar of our legal system.
The ABOTA membership is structured into distinct ranks, each reflecting the experience and expertise of its members. To attain the status of an associate member, an individual must have a minimum of five years of active experience as a trial lawyer and be a member of the Bar. Additionally, they must have achieved a minimum of 20 civil jury trials to a verdict or hung jury as lead counsel, or met alternative trial experience criteria.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Rosenblum has been an advocate for those who have suffered injuries and the families of those who have lost loved ones. With over 35 years of experience, he has honed his skills to provide the justice that clients rightfully deserve.
