Firm History
What started originally as an idea in the early part of the decade, finally became a reality on August 1, 2005 when Miroballi Durkin & Rudin, LLC officially opened its doors to the public. At the high point of their careers, Joseph Miroballi (former partner of Anesi, Ozmon, Rodin, Novak & Kohen, Ltd.) and Albert Durkin (former partner of Nolan Law Group) decided to bring together their experience, dedication and strong work ethic to build a new law firm. In addition, MDR was strengthened by a third partner, Scott Rudin (former associate at Anesi, Ozmon, Rodin, Novak & Kohen, Ltd.), who had worked with Joe Miroballi for over a decade.
